‘Entirely Misconceived’: SC Junks Plea Seeking Ban on BBC Operations in India

SUPREME Court dismissed a plea seeking a ban on the operations of the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) in India. A Bench comprising Justices Sanjiv Khanna and M M  Sundresh called the petition “entirely misconceived”.
